FAQ - SHIPPING ISSUES, REFUND POLICY & RETURNS
REFUNDS - The Pigment Palace does NOT accept refunds - we only accept exchanges on damaged products! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused. A photo of damaged goods in original shipping packaging within 48 hours of original delivery must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your email is received and products inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have been approved or rejected to exchange your item.
If you are approved we will send a return label to ship damaged items back to The Pigment Palace so that we may exchange your damaged product.
SHIPPING ISSUES - The Pigment Palace, LLC is not responsible for items that cannot be shipped due to an inaccurate shipping address. If items are sent back to The Pigment Palace, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees for their order to be reshipped.
Please verify that all names, addresses and apartment numbers are accurate before confirming an order.
The Pigment Palace is not responsible for carrier delays or missing items that are marked “Delivered”. After the order has left The Pigment Palace facilities we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your items haven’t been received yet marked delivered please allow time for USPS tracking systems to update.
CUSTOMS / INTERNATIONAL CLEARANCE - The Pigment Palace is not responsible for customs fees / delays on international orders. Custom fees are NOT included in shipping fees.
